Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Reporting to Board Management and oversee the bank's audit issues and practise coverage Hong Kong, PRC audit experience definitely is an advantage
• Responsible for ongoing risk assessment, design and implementation of audit program and preparation of internal audit reports to recommend best practices to strengthen the bank's overall internal control environment
• Undertake special reviews and ad hoc assignments as well as audit projects assigned by the Bank
• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Control, Business Administration or the equivalent with HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• At least 15 years’ working experience of audit in the field of banking and finance industry, of which at least 5 years' as senior management role
• Familiar with HKMA, SFC and PRC rules and regulations and banking operations
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, dedicated with excellent work commitment, detailed oriented, risk and quality focused
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Travel is required
