Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Retail Manager to plan recruitment program and strategy to recruit new potential new sales staff;
  • Responsible for sales staff training;
  • Building up some training program to upgrade the level of both junior salesmen and senior salesmen;
  • Help to foster sales staff's loyalty and sense of belonging toward company;
  • Plan more incentive program to motivate sales staff in pursuit of personal goals that align with company goals.


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • Over 1 year training experience in the retail industry preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese;
  • A self-starter and is able to work independently.
