Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Retail Manager to plan recruitment program and strategy to recruit new potential new sales staff;
- Responsible for sales staff training;
- Building up some training program to upgrade the level of both junior salesmen and senior salesmen;
- Help to foster sales staff's loyalty and sense of belonging toward company;
- Plan more incentive program to motivate sales staff in pursuit of personal goals that align with company goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Human Resources or related disciplines;
- Over 1 year training experience in the retail industry preferred;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Fluent in English and Cantonese;
- A self-starter and is able to work independently.
