We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy in Hong Kong:

Temporary Payroll Accountant – based in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly payroll file for Asian countries (including HK, Japan, etc) for payroll outstanding vendors.  Perform first checking on the payroll calculation from those vendors.
•  Assist in provident fund administration including ORSO and MPF
•  Prepare month-end reports and monthly payroll journal records
•  Assist in the Hong Kong annual salary tax filing and handling of rental reimbursement
•  Provide assistance in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with multinational companies
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Independent, detail-oriented, good numerical sense, able to prioritize tasks and to complete in an accurate and timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
