Our client is an established asset management firm. They are looking to hire a Senior Manager of Operations to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations of in-house managed funds/accounts/QDII products
• Mange the operational process, including capital calls, distributions and the acquisition and realization of the fund’s investments
• Prepare and launch new funds (QDII products in China) / new products,  including review fund’s offering documents, agreements and other legal documents
• Reviewing the annual audits of the investment manager and investment advisor
• Manage and work with custodians, administrators, lawyers, tax consultants,government regulators, investors and service providers. 

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with university degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 10+ years experience with solid track record in Asset Management firms
• Strong experience in China market is required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong people and management skills set
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
