Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisor in handling daily accounting tasks
• Responsible for daily Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions, data input and prepare invoices
• Perform other clerical support for the accounting team.
• Collect outstanding through courier services
• Assist in month-end closing and Claims handling
• Prepare bank statement
  
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• LCC Higher Certificate
• 3 years experience in handling AR, AP & GL & month end process control.
• Computer literate. Proficient in MS Office including Word & Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Patient, detailed oriented and able to work under tight time pressure
