Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist to prepare monthly financial statements and other reports
- To prepare journals and ensure that they are properly record
- To prepare bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation
- To prepare invoices and follow up timely payment
- To work closely with other departments for daily operations
- To perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/University degree holder in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
