• Manager (or Assistant Manager) responsible for the recruitment of part time healthcare professionals into our Company's pool of freelance professionals whom we arrange to serve our clients. The position will involve networking within the healthcare community, including with both individual professionals as well as small / mid-sized healthcare companies and clinics
• Requires work in coordination with our Company's full time staff, including our healthcare, marketing and customer service experts
• Applicant will also spearhead the building of senior relationships at select corporate business partners in the healthcare industry

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with good grades from a reputable university
• Three or more (3+) years experience in sales, human resources or other position requiring extensive third party interaction, such as recruiting
• Experience in, and a high degree of comfort with, making verbal presentations; good networking skills
• Healthcare industry knowledge a "plus" but not mandatory
• Resourceful, good social skills, goal-oriented, "street smart", persistent, outgoing and friendly
