The incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Projects team. Key responsibilities include general secretarial support to managers, meeting arrangement, handling telephone calls, typing, filing, copying and handling customers’ enquiries. The position will be offered to suitable candidate from September 2013 to January 2014.

Requirements:

• HKCEE holder with 5 passes including English and Chinese
• Formal secretarial training
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in secretarial and administrative work
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
