Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions such as HR services, C&B, staffing, learning & development and staff engagement
• Assist the Manager to formulate and implement HR policies and initiatives
• Will provide first line HR & consultation and advice to Heads of Departments on people-related matters impacting their business

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ experience gained in sizable corporations or retail industry
• Working experience in medical / healthcare related industry is an advantage
• Understand the drivers to company performance, the industry , the company value proposition and how the business retains competitive advantage in the marketplace
• Well versed in Hong Kong & China Labor Law and other related ordinances
• Mature, initiative, well-organized and attentive to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
