Responsibilities:

-          Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and service requests 

-          Coordinate with working partners to ensure timely delivery of quality translation projects

-          Provide ad hoc operations support in Public Holidays as necessary

Requirements:

-          F.7 or above with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries

-          Pleasant with good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and excellent service attitude

-         Well-organized, highly reliable, independent, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working

environment, able to work as a team player with good communication skills

-          Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

-          Working experience in financial translation industry would be a definite advantage

-          Willing to work overtime

-          Fresh graduate is also welcome

-          Immediately available preferred
