Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in general routine administrative duties such as arranging maintenance of office and branches equipment and facilities, quotation comparison, etc.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to other staff within the office
• Liaise and coordinate daily business issues with internal staff and external parties
• Provide full range of secretarial and personal support to senior managements
• Assist in data collection, analysis and compilation of regular and ad hoc management reports
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in a business-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
• Solid administrative or secretarial experience is highly preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
• Pleasant and outgoing character, initiative with positive attitude, responsible, independent, detail-minded and well-organized
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Independent, mature and detail-minded
