Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation, employee relations, etc. for Hong Kong & China office 
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Well experience in handle visa application, hotel and flight booking
• Assist Office Manager &Admin. Officer to manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• Prepare internal memo, announcement and business correspondences independently
• Assist to prepare various management reports
• Handle company function and ad hoc assignments
• PREFER IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Job Requirements:

• F7 or above, Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline 
• Min 5 years' relevant HR & Admin. working experience 
• Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
• Knowledge of China Labor Law and experience in manage PRC office is an advantage
• Mature, independent, flexible, proactive, willing to work under pressure
