Responsibilities:

• Provide quality and professional face to face course consultation and customer services to the potential students
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
• Handling walk-in enquiries, calls and customer follow-ups
• Manage the centre’s class schedule
• Assist in student management: student registrations, collection of tuition fees, booking of appointments etc
• Provide support to Center Manager, assist with the day-to-day center operations and handle general administration work as required
• Achieve monthly sales target

Requirements:

• Passionate in Education industry and hope to develop a career in the industry
• A good team player, responsible and trustworthy
• Customer oriented, presentable, hard-working and willing to learn
• Competent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Able to work Saturdays or Sundays due to the nature of our business
