Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order and verify the incoming invoices with the PO
• Follow up order status and update the inventory status in computer system to ensure accurate inventory and on time delivery
• Develop and manage the procurement system
• Update orders and shipments information for Sales department
• Ask quotation from suppliers to get competitive price and search potential suppliers in Hong Kong or overseas
• Supplier evaluation and maintain supplier lists
• Any other works assigned from superior

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, Preferable in supply chain management / Procurement or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Hard working, strong communication and interpersonal skills
