Receptionist/Clerk

•          F.5, DSE or above with relevant working experience
•          Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
•          Preferably with 1 year experience as a receptionist
•          Proficient computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
•          Managing all work related to the reception desk
•          Providing clerical and secretarial support
•          Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner
•          Coordinating incoming and outgoing mails/phone notifications
•          Handling courier services
•          Assisting in other specially assigned duties

Working Location: Wan Chai

Working days: 5 days
