Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Oversee full spectrum of human resources functions for retail & sourcing and assist other regional offices, in particular, hire and screen potential talents to cope with rapid business expansion
  • Provide frontline HR support on building talent pipeline
  • Provide advice and counsel to district Supervisor & Store-in-charges regarding HR practices, policies, staff disciplinary and labour law
  • Reinforce employee communications, cultivate corporate culture & values and enhance employee engagements in the workplace
  • Selecting and implementing HRIS system
  • Managing the Performance and Development Review process, identifiying high and low performers, work closely with function heads on talents retentions.
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required.


Essential experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Prior RETAIL experience preferred
  • Well-organized and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
