Job Duties:

• Responsible for handling company secretarial duties, including preparing board papers and minutes, annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars, statutory returns, SFO filings, management reports and etc.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with Main Board listing requirements and other relevant statutory matters of the Group
• Coordinate board and shareholders’ meetings and prepare relevant materials
• Liaise with various regulatory bodies and professional parties
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder with ICSA/HKICS membership
• Minimum 5 years of experience in company secretarial matters preferably gained in listed companies
• Well-versed in Company Ordinance, Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory for Hong Kong & overseas companies
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with good writing skill in English and Chinese
• Good PC skills especially in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good interpersonal, coordination, planning & organizing skills
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
