Job Duties:

• Manage overall operation of manufacturing plant
• Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation of the factory 
• Monitor and control the use of cost, materials, quality and delivery with on-time schedule 
• Staff training & problem solving on technical and engineering issues 
• Develop and continual improvement of effective production operations, processes and product quality 
• Conduct production capacity analysis for fully utilization of resources 
• Plan, deliver and maintain training programs to improve work-related skills and knowledge
• Report to management in corporate

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Manufacturing with min. 5 years managerial position experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is must
• Strong planning and organizational and problem solving skill
• Immediate available is preferred
• Station in Dongguan
