Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team in Hong Kong office
• Prepare sales and financial report, market share analysis and presentations
• Assist in database administration
• Handle ad hoc issues for special projects and events
• Assist in marketing development if required

Professional Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience preferable in sales administration and marketing disciplines 
• Experience in market analysis and database administration will be an advantage 
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking and good analytical skill 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
