For graduate recruits, we have successfully demonstrated the ability to train individuals with no experience to be consistent billers working full lifecycle recruitment within a 3 month period. With respect to team leadership, we are confident with the right mind-set, individuals can progress to a managing consultant within their first 2 years.
Job Duties & Requirements
Each consultant will be responsible for building, maintaining and developing an independent and profitable candidate driven market within the Insurance domain. Our market focus is high value whereby we invest in long term relationships with key stakeholders deploying a broad range of executive search methodologies.
Prospective applicants must be confident or interested in learning sophisticated sales techniques across the full recruitment lifecycle. Specific areas include headhunting, mind mapping, business development, contingency and retained proposals, contract negotiation, marketing and market strategy. We are looking for all applicants to possess an interest and passion in sales, the ability to step out of one's comfort zone and the ability to focus on individual targets whilst working in a transparent, team orientated manner. Applicants should ideally offer at least one year sales experience with a strong track record of success, those who have less experience but demonstrate an understanding and willingness of the required sales competencies will be considered. Business level English, written and spoken is pre-requisite whilst the ability to speak a second language is highly beneficial.
