Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

• Responsible for arranging and organizing daily schedules, business meetings and travel arrangements including hotel reservations, flight bookings and all related matters.

• Translate documents for both in Chinese and English.

• Assist in ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must.

• Detail-minded, well-organized and strong interpersonal skills.

• Frequent travel is required.
