Job Responsibilities

• Maintain order and improve centre performances
  
• Improve client satisfaction and numbers
• Resolve waitlist and clients waiting to be served
• Selling course details to potential and existing clients
  
• Update and maintain registration system
  
• Handle telephone calls/enquiries and take messages
• Arrange appointments and lesson make ups to clients
  
• Perform any other secretarial duties
• Liaision with new and old clients
  

Job Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• Able to work on saturdays
• Courteous, polite and punctual
  
• At least one year relevant experience
• Basic command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua is necessary
• Proficient in English and Chinese word processing and conversant with computer software such MS Word and MS Excel
• Candidates living near Yuen Long an advantage
• Mature, responsible, problem solver and team player
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator an advantage
• Previous background in sales an advantage
