Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing clerical support to the Department
- Assisting in managing the operation of investment properties
Requirements:
- Form 5 standard or above is preferable, has passed in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent
- Working experience preferably with experience in handling tenancy & related matters
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, independent, detail-minded, self-initiative and motivated
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
