Responsibilities:

• Handle all types of General Insurance products claims
• Examine and approve the cases under predefined authority level
• Analyze and prepare claims statistics report
• Respond and answer customers’ claims enquiries
• Liaise with business colleagues / underwriters on any policy coverage issues
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+years of experience in handling of General Insurance products claims
• Post-Secondary education graduates or above
• Possession of ACII , ANZIIF or in progress is preferred
• Able to work independently or under supervision
• Good telephone manner and excellent customer service
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and PC skills eg. MS Office, etc
