Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of Group Administration Department, including but not limited to insurance and claims, restaurant license application and renewal, office administration, office equipment maintenance and procurement etc.
• Review and implement effective policies, procedures and regulatory system.
• Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare company correspondence, memo, internal contact lists, presentations and reports.
• Supervise a team of junior administrative staff.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 Requirements:                                                         

• Degree holder, prefer in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration management with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Work experiences in catering or retail industry is highly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoke English and Chinese.
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Pro-active, mature, detailed-minded and a good team player.
• Immediately available is preferred.
