Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations and work close with Sales Director and Sales Mangers
• Manage the marketing and sales leads with salesforce.com, reports generation and analysis
• Train the company’s partners and distributors with saleforce.com software
• Prepare sales contracts and work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement and inquiries
• Maintain and transmit sales and pipeline status reports and provide real time access to such information to company management
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 5-7 years sales coordination/ admin and support experience
• Hand-on capabilities with salesforce.com software
• Analytical, systematic and sensitive to numeric presentation
• Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, as well as Putonghua
• Good computer skills. Hands-on capabilities with MS Office including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
• Can work independently in a fast moving, entrepreneurial organization with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel across Asia Pacific countries
