Responsibilities:

Supporting Account Manager and Project Manager to meet customer request which is logistic related:

• Risk order entry if applied and Maintain order control table

• RFS/On site dates feedback to CT

• SR submit to OMC include Case#, invoice, Mode and remarks

• Local vendor POD and Payment and Cash forecast for local purchase

• Maintain shipment tracking list

• Follow up with LSP for the ETA dates and Billing of lading and AWB

• Arrange customer delivery acceptance (DA) at DOP/WH (open boxes, counting etc)

• Duty payment

• Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Colleague graduate or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management is preferable

• Min. 4 years related working experience

• Self motivated and able to work under pressure

• A team player with good analytical and problem solving skills

• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin is required

• Immediately available is preferred

• Max salary: 30K
