Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Manager to plan the direction for the service.
• Co-ordination of the delivery of professional training products and services
• Collaborate with business partners to develop new training programs and identify training needs
• Source and liaise with training services vendors to meet with training needs
• Manage the entire training cycle, follow up after trainings, prepare reports on the training results and improvements
• First point of contact of external Training
• To collect feedback and other social media for continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of various training programs

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ working experience in training, customer service or project management
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Good time management and excellent presentation skills
• Marketing sense, research and analytical skills are essential for the post
• The ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels
• Ability to work independently and remain on task
• The ability to work both as a team member and on initiative when required
• The ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office
• University degree in a relevant discipline
• English language (Syllabus B, if appropriate) and Chinese language at Grade E or above in HKCEE, or equivalent
