Job Description
Duties:
- Administrative skills in sales coordination and customer services
- Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice Handling, provide Supports to Sales & Marketing Department
- Closely Communicate With Overseas customers, responsible for Logistics and Payment Arrangement
- Responsible for Pacific countries as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia
- Follow up on documentation and perform administrative duties
- To coordinate and support marketing and CRM activities
- Handles ad-hoc assignments and customer programmes from Sales and Marketing Department
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Min. 2 years’ experience in relevant working experience, serving the foreign people will be an advantage
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded and customer-oriented
- Responsible, well-organized and fast-learner
- Excellent interpretation skill with client-oriented characteristics is essential;
- Highly motivated, independent and pleasant characteristics
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required;
- Working location: Chai Wan, 5 working days per week
