Job Description
The Job:
- Report to the head of C&B Team
- Independently handle all daily C&B operations, including payroll, wages & benefits administration, MPF, and tax returns accurately according to schedule.
- Prepare customized C&B packages with estimated costs for expatriates and critical positions
- Responsible for preparing and presentation of periodical analysis and reports.
- Prepare annual headcount and C&B budget.
- Assist in other ad hoc projects.
- Maintain and input HRIS.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder of HR Management or related disciplines.
- Over 8 years relevant working experience in MNC in which at least 4 years in supervisory position.
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related laws and regulations.
- Familiar with PRC Labour Laws, IIT, Social Securities regulations and other related issues.
- Good Computer Skills including HRIS and/or payroll software.
- Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferable.
- Less Experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
