The Job: 

• Report to the head of C&B Team
• Independently handle all daily C&B operations, including payroll, wages & benefits administration, MPF, and tax returns accurately according to schedule.
• Prepare customized C&B packages with estimated costs for expatriates and critical positions
• Responsible for preparing and presentation of periodical analysis and reports.
• Prepare annual headcount and C&B budget.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects.
• Maintain and input HRIS.

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder of HR Management or related disciplines.
• Over 8 years relevant working experience in MNC in which at least 4 years in supervisory position.
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related laws and regulations.
• Familiar with PRC Labour Laws, IIT, Social Securities regulations and other related issues.
• Good Computer Skills including HRIS and/or payroll software.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferable.
• Less Experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
