The Job

eeVoices is looking for an individual who is interested to build a career in the HR and consulting industry. This individual will be trained to perform the following core tasks:

• Phone interviewing and reference checking on potential job candidates
• Researches and investigations on potential job candidate background
• Take on an assistant role in different HR consulting projects
• Perform exit interviewing on leaving employees
• Other HR consulting and administrative tasks

Successful candidates will report directly to the Director of Client Relations and Regional Client Services Manager.

The Person

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:   

• Excellent communication skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Ability to write and type English and Chinese fluently
• Detail oriented
• Enjoy working in a small team setting
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast pace environment
• Flexible and energetic
• A good team player
