Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for daily fund administration and accounting duties, including but not limited to reconciling daily stock and cash positions, trade processing and portfolio valuation. You should have knowledge and experience in the funds industry.

Responsibilities:

• Daily stock & cash reconciliations
• Trade processing and follow up with trade breaks
• Realized and unrealized P&L reporting
• Attribution reporting
• Daily portfolio valuation and finalizing month-end NAV calculation
• Trade & cash flow confirmation with counterparties and relevant prime broker
• Monitor corporate actions
• Be able to work towards the agreed client deadlines and manage their expectations accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Willingness to work on public holiday to accommodate and support clients’ requirements
• 1-3 years working experience in fund administration, previous experience in hedge funds is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of different types of investment product
• Positive working attitude and the ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
• Hardworking, self-initiated and good team player
• Good command in both Cantonese and English
