Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing secretarial support to Director and administrative support to departments including scheduling, managing calendars, writing correspondence, emailing, handling doctors /nurses’ enquiries and requests
• Organizing events and coordinates office management activities
• Assist in the consolidation of medical reports, films and proof read for correct data and text
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years work experience in Secretarial and Administration roles
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
• Knowledge in medical field is an advantage
• Strong verbal & written English and Chinese communication skill
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
