Job Descriptions:

• Oversee & in-charge the whole retail operations of few shops 監察銷售管理店舖業務
• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives. .制定策略，以實現公司銷售目標
• Provide training, guidance and directions to shop managers and frontline to maintain an efficient and profitable operation. 提供培訓和方向予前線員工，保持高效和盈利的運作
• Ensure to deliver the Best customer service and achieve operational effectiveness in the areas of sales, manpower, inventory, safety and expenses control.  確保傑出服務水平，於銷售、庫存、人力資源和費用控制方面、實現經營效益
• Identify new business opportunities and execute sales improvement initiatives. 識別新的商業機會，執行銷售改進措施

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Operations Management or other related disciplines 款待管理、營運管理高級文憑或相關學歷
• Proficient in Excel is a Must  精通微軟Excel應用程式
• At least 3 years of retail operations in Supervisory level 3年零售業務管理經驗
• Cheerful, Energetic and Outgoing personality with strong proven leadership, problem- solving, analysis and communication skills.  性格開朗、外向、善於帶動團隊氣氛。需要良好的領導及解決問題的能力，分析和溝通技巧
• Self-motivated and service-oriented 傑出服務及目標為本
• Be sensitive to numerical data 有良好的數字觸覺
• Good spoken & written in English & Cantonese is a Must 良好的口語和書面英語和粵語
