Responsibilities:

• Perform reception and general office administrative duties
• Greet guests and handle telephone enquiries in professional manners
• Perform daily mails and courier arrangement
• Updating & filing documents
• Procurement and maintenance of office equipment / supplies
• Manage distribution and stock control of stationery and pantry items
• Coordinate and schedule conference rooms usage
• Help keep the office tidy and sanitary for a constant professional appearance
• Ensure the smooth operation and running of the Reception station
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience (Insurance field preferable)
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS office
• Pleasant, cheerful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well-organized with professional telephone manner
• Team Player
• Shortlisted candidates is highly preferred
