POSITION SUMMARY

· Follow handling procedures established by the supervisor & manager.

· Complete the house / master ocean waybills/ ocean freight invoice billing and any other shipping documents according to Shipper’s Letter of Instruction and any other instructions on the SOP.

• Work with carrier and co loader on cargo capacity booking

· Answer telephone / email inquiries from supplier and overseas offices

· Verify the correctness of document provided by shipper.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Skill/Knowledge:

· Ability to read and understand English

· Ability to operate the computer system

· Good at calculation, data entry and typing Academic:

· Form 5 or above

• 1-2 years working experience

· Good knowledge of English and Chinese

• Fresh Graduates are also considered

WORKING CONDITIONS

· The office working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available
