Client Details

My client is a Macau based construction company with expanding business in Macau. In order to support the growth of the company, they are seeking for a HR Manager to support their team. They provide a competitive salary package and decent career progression for the right candidate.

Description

The successful candidate will provide HR support to office with the following duties:

  • Provide all rounded HR support to the local office including back office and front-line staff
  • Administer and audit ISO standards for the company
  • Assist in the recruitment process - communicating with hiring managers, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and liaising with agencies;
  • Administer HR related documentation such as contracts of employments and variations to contract;
  • Manage the monthly payroll administration
  • Maintain staff employee files (both electronic and hard copy);
  • Administer and maintain the HR policies/benefits scheme
  • Ensure policies and procedures are kept up-to-date
  • Oversee Training and Development requirements including annual Personal Performance Review;
  • Supports corporate HR projects and initiatives
  • Assist in other projects as required by the CEO and Group HR

Profile

The ideal candidate will fulfil the following requirements:

  • Has a valid Macau ID; legally permitted to work in Macau
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in HR/Administration field
  • HR experience in property/construction companies is highly advantageous
  • Has knowledge regarding ISO 9000 & 14000 standards
  • Previous supervisory experience or one man band experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Macau Labour Law/Employee claims is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well organized and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
