Responsibilities:

To assist our Chief Operating Officer in

• merger and acquisition in Hong Kong , PRC and overseas projects
• corporate finance and investment
• daily operation of factories in PRC
• legal PRC documents and proposal drafting, reviewing, editing and translating
• ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Degree holder , law graduate is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, well organized and systematic, proactive, and be able to work under great pressure
• Independent, self-motivated and solution oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of both written and spoken Putonghua and Cantonese
• frequent travel to PRC and overseas
