Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years compliance experience with exposure in AML/CFT/IPO area
• Responsible for designing and implementing the company’s compliance policies, manuals, monitoring and surveillance programs for HK to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitoring and assisting with updates in regulatory changes on SFC rules, regulations and guidelines in accordance with AML, Licensing and Continuous Professional Training for licensed representatives.
• Handling compliance related queries including AML clearance, conflict clearance and staff dealing clearance.
• Handling SFC licensing matters for all licensees, e.g. applications, terminations, notifications, examination requirements and continuous professional training matters, etc.
• Tracking and ensuring all CPT requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitoring post-trade activities. 
• Perform regular review and checking of agreements and documents on compliance and legal level;
• Familiar with IPO and placing process is an advantage

***Candidate with lesser experience will be offered as Assistant Manager/Officer level***
