• Assist in leading the Business Analysis team to facilitate and coordinate with different functional teams and vendors to deliver the necessary documents for the development of new application systems and/or system enhancements
• Keep abreast of the market, suggest and propose new business initiatives
• Participate in selecting and evaluating vendor proposal
• Participate in software development lifecycle process and prepare necessary documentation
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Coordinate with users in executing the user acceptance test
• Provide support to new services and products rollout

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-15 years’ business analysis experience in banking system development
• Certificate holder of Project Management Professional is preferred
• Good understandings in both the business opportunities and preferably technical aspects of system platform
• High awareness of both quality and risk, especially compliance-related risks and security issues
• A good team player and self-motivated with creative thinking mindset
• Excellent project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst

***Candidates with solid experience around 15 years will be offered as Head of Business & Process Reengineering***
