The Organization department is in charge of deploying transversal projects locally. Organization directly aims at optimizing existing process and contributes to the reduction of operational risk by providing a reliable support on numerous projects to all the departments of the Bank.

You will assist the Head of Organization in his daily duties. Among others, you will participate to procedures management, business continuity plan, access right management, information system version upgrade and support to user.  You will develop skills as Coordination and Project Management.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree graduates with major in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields
• Fluent in English and possesses strong communication skills
• Ability to work in multi-task environment in an efficient and organized manner and have proven ability to meet objectives
• Proficiency in PC software and programming (i.e. Excel VBA)
• Autonomy, rigor, tenacity
• Curiosity, dynamism, creativity
