Responsibilities:

•          Sales of public and private funds or related products to clients which includes institutions, corporations and high net worth individuals in both Hong Kong and other regions;

负责销售公募和私募基金或相关产品给香港和其他地区机构、企业、以及高净值个人客户；

•          Identify business development opportunities, raise AUM by bringing in new accounts and augmenting existing ones, focusing on developing mainland China and overseas clients;

抓住业务发展机遇，通过引进新的客户和增值现有客户来提升资产管理规模，并专注于中国内地及海外客户的发展；

•          Manage the on-boarding process of new accounts of the both institutional and high net worth individual clients;

管理机构客户和高净值个人客户的新账户入驻流程；

•          Leverage parent company’s resources and provide regular support to client with high quality services, including preparation and continuously review/maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, reports and education materials for clients;

充分利用母公司的资源，为客户提供包括准备、审核及维护营销材料，演讲报告以及教育性材料等高质量的常规性支持服务；

•          Collect clients and channels feedback, identify prevailing trend of investor demand and product preferences, and share client information resources wherever applicable by taking a proactive approach;

收集客户和渠道的反馈，确定投资者的主流需求和产品偏好趋势，并采取积极主动的做法共享客户信息资源（如适用）；

•          Work closely with internal teams and inter-departments to prepare, edit and review marketing materials and pitch books, etc.
•          与内部团队和跨部门合作，编制，修改和审查营销材料及计划书等.

Requirements:

•          University degree in Finance or Business related disciplines;

学士或以上学历，主修金融学、商业或其它相关专业;

•          3 – 5 years working experience in sales service role in financial industry, preferably in asset management company;

3 - 5年在金融行业的销售服务工作经验，有资产管理公司产品销售经验者优先;

•          Excellent knowledge of the public/private fund products in mainland China and HK;

熟悉中国大陆和香港的公募、私募等基金产品;

•          Proven experience of building successful business relationships within one or more key client segments is a plus;

拥有成功建立一个或多个关键客户商业关系案例者优先;

•          Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and under pressure;

有上进心, 具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系能力，能够独立和在压力环境下工作;

•          Good command of spoken & written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

良好的粤语、英文及普通话书写和口语能力.
