Our client is an investment holding company. They are looking for high caliber to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure all business activities are complied with relevant legal and regulatory rules and requirements
• Provide compliance advice to various business units
• Liaise with regulators, and stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and legislation amendments
• Provide internal/external training of regulatory developments
• Draft and review compliance documents
• Compile periodic reports for regulators and management
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above, in Business, Law or related disciplines is preferred
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in compliance in financial services industry
• Familiar with legal and regulatory requirements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, responsible, initiative, well-organized
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
