Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement process for securities and derivatives products

• Manage the team to perform recurrent settlement tasks

• Prepare and maintain daily margin balance

• Ensure all settlement instructions are timely and efficiently executed

• Ensure all settlement processes in compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal polices

• Maintain and update the procedure manuals for the Settlement Department

• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above

• At least 3 years relevant supervisory experience in brokerage firm

• Able to handle full settlement process

• Proficiency in CCASS and DCASS operations

• Familiar with SFC and HKEx rules and regulations

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Strong interpersonal skill, supervisory skill, and communication skill
