Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promote, develop, organize and conduct retail academy training courses and activities
• Provide support to warehouse and office staff training activities of Hong Kong
• Design, develop and deliver on-going product training programs to office and front-line staff for the sake of season launch
• Responsible for develop quality training materials and manuals
• Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring front-line staff product knowledge through frequent shop visits

 Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years experience in Training and Development preferrably from retail industry
• Possess delivery skill and knowledge in key elements of learning cycle and adult learning
• Hands-on Training experience would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS office especially PowerPoint
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese include Mandarin
• Proactive, energetic dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
