Responsibilities:

• Oversee the foreign exchange and interest rate risk
• Liaise with external parties, maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and others
• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting
• Handle of statutory audit, tax and company secretarial matters
• Participate ad. hoc projects and reports

Requirements:

• University graduate, HKICPA / ACCA qualification preferred
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience, Big 4 experience is a plus
• Familiar with PRC accounting and taxation standard will be an advantage
• Detail-minded, well-organized and can work under pressure
• Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good communication skills with all levels and strong analytical skills
• Excellent command in English and Mandarin
