Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle customer enquiries
- 協助處理客戶諮詢
- Assist to build and maintain good relationship as well as providing personalized services for customers
- 協助建立、維護與客戶的良好關係，同時為客戶提供個性化服務
- Assist to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
- 協助確定客戶需求並推薦適當金融方案，使客戶能够享受到我們所有的產品和服務
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned
- 完成所分配的特定任務
Requirements：
- Degree Holder or above in Accounting / Finance/ related disciplines;
- 本科或以上學歷，主修會計學、金融學或相關專業；
- High level of accuracy, sensitive to data and attention to detail is essential;
- 高準確度、對數據敏感和關注細節的個人特性；
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- 具有團隊精神和優秀的溝通、人際交往能力；
- Capacity to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment, able to drive changes proactively and work under pressure;
- 在不同環境下有能力適應及有效率工作，能夠主動求變並在壓力下工作；
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST).
- 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力（流利的普通話是必須的）。
