Responsibilities:

• Identify the training and development needs of the staff
• Establish training goals and objectives, develop and administer training programs to meet the training needs
• Develop course contents, prepare course notes and audio-visual materials, and conduct in-house training sessions and activities
• Analyze training evaluation data to facilitate the continuous improvement of the training and development programs

Requirements:

• Possesses CFA/FRM//ACCA/TMA/PRM/ACIB /Degree or above with major in Finance, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 4 year working experience in training
• At least 1 year Working experience in Corporate Banking, Treasury, Legal and Compliance or Risk Management / Personal Banking Sales and Services role as Relationship Manager, Personal Financial Planner or Investment Sales Specialist
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willing to work under pressure and adaptability to change
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
