Job Description

Deputy Team Head – Foreign Business Banking

Responsibilities:

Support Team Head to lead a team of Business Managers to acquire corporate clients and fresh deposit
Cross sell cash management services to corporate clients
Establish and maintain strong network and relationship with various business partners
Ensure professional service and high quality is provided and in compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements
Attract, develop and retain talented staff

Requirements:

University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ banking experience, preferably in business banking segment
Strong sales background with ability to expand channels to grow the business
Experience in leading a sales team is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of KYC and CDD procedures
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

Business Manager / Officer - Foreign Business Banking

Responsibilities:

Acquire new corporate clients and introduce relevant banking products and services to suit our client needs
Prepare client reports and perform cross selling of bank products
Establish and maintain strong network and relationship with various business partners
Ensure a professional and high quality service is provided and in compliance with the Bank internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

University degree or above in any disciplines
Sales and result oriented , with 1 year’s sale experience is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
