• Higher Certificate or above in Quantity Surveying or construction related discipline
• Over 5 years of experience in quantity surveying field
• Experience in interior fitting out projects is highly preferred
• Hands on and solid experience in sub-contractors and commercial contracts administration, cost and budgeting controls, claims handling, tender submission, materials pricing and costs estimation etc.
• Good PC skills
• Good verbal and written Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Quantity Surveyor
